Desktop Appraisal – $275
This service includes everything provided in the Full Walk-In Appraisal, but without an on-site property inspection. All research is conducted remotely by the appraiser, utilizing available resources such as public records and local multiple listing services.
Exterior-Only Appraisal – $375
This service includes exterior photos, a minimum of three comparable closed sales, public records, parcel map, aerial view, zoning map and a location map of the subject property along with the closed sales used. The report will also include a copy of the appraiser’s license and E&O insurance. All reports are completed by a California State Certified Real Estate Appraiser.
Full Walk-In Appraisal – $475
• This service includes interior and exterior photos, a building sketch, at least three comparable closed sales, public records, parcel map, zoning map, aerial view, and a location map of both the subject property and the closed sales used. The report will also feature a copy of the appraiser’s license and E&O insurance. All reports are prepared by a California State Certified Real Estate Appraiser.
Home Measurement Services Only – $150
Measurement-Only Assessments
If you just need the square footage of your property, a full inspection isn’t necessary. We offer quick and efficient measurement-only assessments tailored for these situations.
